Salla tourism quality programme

Travel companies have jointly agreed on the Salla tourism quality programme and they follow the programme in order to maintain and improve the quality of tourism. The programme includes an annual calendar for implementing recurring measures. Components of quality:

- safety

- customer satisfaction

- customer service/training

- job satisfaction

- ecological/environmental values

- information flow

- trails, routes and infrastructure
